This one of a kind, hand beaded Blue Bird with her crown is a statement piece. She would be lovely sewn on the arm or bodice as an emblem of a jacket.
Or, if you prefer, she has been mounted on teal striped paper and is ready for a framing.
 
This piece has been hand sewn adding fancy trims, bugle and seed beads, metallic threads and sequins. Her body is on a blue silk velvet and her crown is beaded on red silk velvet. The edges of the velvet have intentionally been left with a raw edge showing for added texture. All have been sewn onto blue felt for stability.
