“Raffie & Red”

Mr. Red loves his Raffie with her popcorn coat and long legs!
Raffie’s armature is created with wire and various elements of mixed media. Building upon her armature, her face and legs are sculpted first. Next, Mr. Red is sculpted separately and fixed on a wire, adding as the cherry on top. Once cured, several layers of hand-rolled air dry clay follow, creating Ms. Raffie’s wool, popcorn coat. Once all layers have cured for 24 hours, Raffie’s legs are sanded for a bit of a textured finish. All are then primed, and layers of acrylic paint and other mediums are added to bring both their personalities to life. Raffie’s back leg is signed by Leslie and three coats of polyurethane are applied.  Approximate size is 10”T x 3”W x 7”L.

(Please note we are not able to ship internationally at this time.)All orders are shipped via USPS, First Class mail/Parcel Post unless it’s an original painting (we ship those via Fed Ex with insurance and delivery confirmation).Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order, if the package is returned to us for any reason (unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. All packages receive a tracking number via the postal service. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Refunds: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Although we cannot offer refunds, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.
